I think money will start talking: if insurrance companies refuse to cover GP who prescribe Trans hormones or PB and judges are aware of potential law suits (and financial consequences), the balance will be much more in favour of a cautionary approach.

Yes, I think bringing judges up to speed is essential. Like everyone else they too have been let down by poor media coverage over the past 10 years.
Let's hope this marks the beginning of the end of medicalisation of "identity" in Australia. What a shameful episode this has been.
