I tried to tell Australian supposed child safety advocates about Minus-18. They couldn’t be less interested. Hetty Johnston told me she doesn’t share “these transphobic” views. It’s truly shocking the grip that trans ideology has on mainstream politicians and so-called advocates. I’ve never said anything hateful about trans identifying individuals- I hate gender ideology pushed by government, using taxpayer dollars.
There can be no question that persons who undergo gender transition suffer long-term with elevated suicide, HIV, psychiatric comorbidities and early death.
The WPA does not dispute this reality claiming that it is a result of systemic stigma, limited access to care, housing and employment discrimination and social exclusion.
Regardless, the WPA’s ethical position would seem to be that the price paid for a life of misery is justified by the principles espoused by their body in the inherent righteousness of a model of care.

So the WPA is thoroughly captured too. Complaining to them is presumably equivalent in likely effectiveness to appealing to the Iranian government about injustices meted out to regime dissidents. However it will prove that the whole institutional monolith of psychiatry has sold its soul to ride on the gender transition gravy train, not that the mainstream media will ever publicise that.
